Project Based Vouchers

Limited Opportunity for Developers

Eligibility: Under 24 CFR 983.51(b)(2) - Selection Based on Previous Competition

Application Details:

The City of Glendale Housing Authority (GHA) is now accepting applications for Project-Based Vouchers (PBV) from developers who have already received funding through a competitive process. This opportunity is limited and based on prior competitive awards only.

Eligibility Requirements:

  1. Previous Funding: Your project must have received federal, state, or local government funding through a competitive process (e.g., HOME funds, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Community Development Block Grants, or the American Rescue Plan Act).

  2. Timing: The competitive funding award must have occurred within the last 3 years before applying for PBV assistance.

  3. No Prior Consideration for PBV: The competitive selection process should not have included PBV assistance from the City of Glendale as part of the evaluation.

  4. Location: The proposed development must be located in an incorporated area of the City of Glendale.

  5. Construction Status: Construction of the project must not have started yet.

How to Apply:

Submit your PBV Assistance Application on a rolling basis if your project meets these criteria. Note that this is not a Request for Proposals but an opportunity for projects that have already received competitive awards from other agencies.
