Listening! Learning! Networking! Inspiration!
Whether you’re a performer, writer, or music lover, join us for this FREE event at the
Main Library on Saturday, January 25, from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Enjoy over 120 live performances on four stages throughout the day and immerse yourself in the vibrant world of songwriting.
Bring your voice and instrument for open song-sharing circles or learn from a variety of workshops and lectures led by nationally recognized experts, including the US Copyright Office, Jason Blume, Sandy Ramos, Dr. E. Michael Harrington, David Hilker, Jeff Freundlich, Eric Ramsey, and Nancy Elliott. Topics will cover song critiques, writing for sync and metadata, the impact of AI on songwriting, digital audio workstations, writing for the Nashville market, turning stories into songs, melody writing, blues, and booking yourself as an artist. Don’t miss the closing concert by hit songwriter Jeff Dayton!
Come to network, share your passion, or simply enjoy the music. Food trucks will be available throughout the event for food and beverages.
This event is supported by the Arizona Commission on the Arts and is held in partnership with the Glendale Main Library and the
