The youth librarians at the
Foothills Library and the Foothills Recreation and Aquatics Center have teamed up to present a fun-filled celebration of National Family Literacy Day on
Friday, November 1, from 4-5:30 p.m. in the
Roadrunner Room! Come dressed in your best superhero finery! There will be a superhero-themed family storytime, crafts, games, resources to build your literacy skills, and a prize giveaway for all participants at the end! The stories we read will be aimed at the pre-K and early elementary school ages, but all children and families are welcome. Registration is strongly encouraged. Please register each participating individual separately.
